Your wedding photography experience begins during our first conversation and continues throughout your wedding journey. For many couples, the experience doesn’t stop with the delivery of their beautiful photographs, as it’s my aim to be there to photograph all of life’s events.
During your experience with me, I will learn what is important to you. Knowing this will allow me to capture your wedding story without being intrusive. The moments I love to capture most are when people are unaware of the camera. Uninterrupted, honest, and joyful moments are my favourite! All you need to do is enjoy your family and friends. I will be there for you from beginning to end and beyond. Are you ready?
1. Inquiry & Booking
We can start with a phone call, Facebook chat, or arrange a meeting in person. I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have, discuss your wedding package, and all the details. You can take a look over my wedding contract (make sure to read it carefully). To book all I would need to reserve your date is 25% of the quoted fee as a retainer. I can also help you with tips and ideas, how to structure your wedding day timeline, bride and groom getting ready ideas, buffer time, and way more!
2. Engagement Session
Couples LOVE this time together to learn how to be photographed professionally! I will guide you throughout your engagement session. I certainly don’t leave you alone to wonder what to do! It’s also a great opportunity to connect with me and know how I roll.
If you decide that you would prefer to have extra coverage time on your wedding day, you can choose to have one extra hour of coverage instead of an engagement session.
3. Timeline
Your personal wedding day timeline is built for you. I’m not wanting to miss any details on your day so our communication ahead of your wedding day is very important. My aim is for you to wake up on your wedding day and not to have to worry. I’m the one person you’ll see all day – so it’s in my interest that all your plans will go smoothly.
4. Wedding Day
Today is your wedding day! Press play. It’s time to party!
This is where hiring the right people kicks into high gear. A stress free day is what we’re after. The only thing you should be thinking about are your vows, walking down the aisle, and having fun!
5. Delivery
I love this part! As a creative, I put my heart into everything I make. I absolutely love seeing the photos that I create – the moments that my couples will cherish as their family heirlooms. It brings me joy to see a finished piece of art hanging on the wall, or to turn pages in an album.
Once your wedding has been photographed, I aim to deliver your photos in a month. Depending on the volume of work I have at the time (especially the summer), it is possible that it could take up to 10 weeks. All collections include a wooden archival USB box.
This is what I do for a living – seeing from start to finish a complete wedding brings a lot of happiness to me!
